HIIT + Hikes

Do you love hiking or planning for a big trek into the wilderness soon?
Then the HIIT + HIKES Fitcamp is for you! Combining Strength & HIIT training and a progressive hiking schedule we will prepare the body for the adventures ahead!
During this 6 week Fitcamp will lift weights, interval training and 2 hikes a week so that you can crush your adventures with strong legs, core and mind!
